£300 raised  on the post Christmas walk.

The school were recently awarded the Silver Eco-school Certificate for their efforts in working towards a sustainable future. Here are year 5 and 6 members of the School Council holding the certificate.

Congratulations to the school football team for coming 2nd in the Urdd Gobaith Cymru 5 a side competition for the small schools in the Aberystwyth area.

Many thanks to everyone who donated Morrisons vouchers to the school. A total of 4,669 vouchers were collected. 

There have been many improvements to the garden. The children took part in building a Willow Dome. Also, we have a lovely new log cabin!

Congratulations to Shaun Hughes and Gwyn Evans who were amongs the winners in a letter writing competition onganised by the Royal Mail.

An afternoon Tea/coffee was held to raise money for the Haiti Disaster Appeal - £250 was raised. Many thanks to all for their support.

Urdd Eisteddfod 2010

The Singing Party for school with less than 50 children came 2nd in the Aberystwyth area Eisteddfod. Well done!
